This policy explains what personal data we collect through this site, what we use it for and what you can do about it. It is written under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act (Ley 25.326). The Spanish version is the binding one; this translation is provided for convenience.

Through this site's contact form we collect only what you give us voluntarily:
One more item travels with the submission that you don't type: a code generated by the anti-spam system to verify you're a person and not an automated program. It's used only at that moment and isn't kept alongside your enquiry.
We don't ask for your phone number, company, job title or anything beyond the three items above. We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
This site also doesn't build automated profiles or make decisions about you based on your data.
Only to read and reply to your enquiry. If a project comes out of that conversation, the data becomes part of that working relationship; if it doesn't, it stays in the email thread and we use it for nothing else.
We won't add you to a mailing list or send you news because you filled in the form.
This site has no database: when you submit the form, the data travels inside an email to our inbox and is stored nowhere else. The message stays in our mail for as long as the relationship lasts, or until you ask us to delete it.

Worth stating because it's usually the other way around: this site's fonts are served from our own domain. Your browser makes no connection to Google servers to display them, so Google doesn't receive your IP address for that reason.
We use one technical cookie called preview_ok when we share an unpublished case study through a private link. It remembers that the link was validated, lasts 14 days and can't be read from JavaScript. It's strictly necessary and doesn't require your consent.
If you accept analytics cookies, we load Google Analytics 4 to understand in aggregate which pages get visited and from where. It sets its own Google cookies (_ga and _ga_*, lasting up to two years) and may process your IP address.
Until you accept, those scripts are not loaded: it isn't that they load and skip measuring — they are simply never downloaded. You can change your mind at any time using the button at the end of this section.
Under Ley 25.326 you have the right to access your personal data, correct it, update it and ask us to delete it. Write to us and we'll respond within the deadlines the law sets: ten calendar days for access, five business days for correction or deletion.
Data subjects may exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated (Ley 25.326, art. 14, para. 3).
The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory authority for Ley 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

The site is served entirely over HTTPS, and the credentials for the services we use live on the server, never in the browser. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, though no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this text and the date in the header. We recommend checking back every so often.
